Our farm and food culture
Salbon, our farm is situated on pasture land within Illambazar Jungle adjacent to a tribal village. Grains and Vegetables produced here are chemical-free and processed ethically. Our goal is to create a sustainable environment and ensuring welfare of local tribals who are part of everyday operations in the farm.
Salmanjori food culture is all about cooking with care and celebrating the meal. Guests can explore or take part in activities in our kitchen garden. An open courtyard with an outdoor brick oven is the ideal place for hosting groups of friends and families over hot pizzas or even organising some Bar-B-Q evenings.
